Udang Saus Tomat
Bahan:
Udang merah ukuran sedang
1 butir telur
1/2 biji bawang bombay
2 siung bawang putih
1/2 kotak kaldu ayam
Secukupnya tepung terigu
Secukupnya saus tomat/tomat pedas
Secukupnya gula pasir
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya merica
Secukupnya tepung pati
Cara Membuat:
1. Kocok telur hingga berbusa.
2. Masukkan 1 siung bawang putih yang sudah ditumbuk halus, garam dan merica ke dalamnya.
3. Tambahkan tepung terigu sampai adonan menjadi agak kental.
4. Masukkan udang yang sudah dicuci bersih ke dalam adonan, aduk hingga rata.
5. Siapkan wajan berisi minyak bersih. Masukkan udang yang sudah dilumuri adonan telur dan tepung terigu tersebut ke dalam minyak panas, sisihkan di atas piring.
6. Siapkan wajan bersih, beri sedikit minyak.
7. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay yang sudah diiris tipis.
8. Masukkan saus tomat, tambahkan sedikit air.
9. Tambahkan kaldu ayam, garam dan merica.
10. Tambahkan gula pasir hingga rasanya pas.
11. Masukkan tepung pati yang sudah dilarutkan ke dalam air, untuk mengentalkan.
12. Tuang saus tomat ke atas udang goreng.
13. Siap dimakan!
