Sup Asparagus Kepiting
Bahan:
Secukupnya daging Kepiting
1 butir telur ayam
2 bungkus kaldu ayam maggie
2 siung bawang putih
Secukupnya daun bawang
Secukupnya bawang bombay
Secukupnya biji jagung
Secukupnya tepung pati
Secukupnya kecap asin Kikkoman
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya merica
Secukupnya air rebusan ayam
Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay yang sudah diiris tipis2.
2. Masukkan air rebusan ayam. Masukkan kaldu ayam maggie, garam, kecap asin Kikkoman, dan merica sampai rasanya pas sesuai selera Anda.
3. Setelah air mulai mendidih, masukkan kocokan telur pelan2 sambil terus diaduk supaya telur bisa pecah2 membentuk serabut2 di kuahnya.
4. Masukkan daging kepiting, aduk2 sampai dagingnya pecah2 membentuk serabut2.
5. Masukkan biji jagung dan daun bawang, aduk2 sebentar.
6. Masukkan tepung pati yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air sebagai pengental kuah. Pada saat menuang tepung pati, kuah sambil terus diaduk supaya tepung tidak mengental di satu tempat.
7. Sup Asparagus kepiting sudah jadi. Hidangkan selagi panas!

Hehe.. it's just the brand that we've trusted since long time ago. You can use other kecap though.
